Walk the more remote wilderness of Kanchenjunga and visit the world's longest blue glacier
Straddling the Nepal-Sikkim border, a journey to Kanchenjunga, Nepal's second and the world's third highest peak, is a special treat. Relatively few trekkers have visited this region although the region was de-restricted in 1988. Our adventure begins at Suketar, and after several days of walking through Limbu villages lead us to the blue Yalung Glacier, our destination. From the tropical lowlands, through great forests and lovely villages up to the glaciers and panoramic views, this is an adventure that will stay with you forever.
